As a financially self-sufficient agency, the Airport Authority does not rely on taxpayer dollars or City or County funds for our operations.
At the Authority, responsible budgeting and fiscal prudence are the rule. But this in no way detracts from our commitment to operate San Diego International Airport at the peak of safety, security and efficiency for our passengers. The agency continues to exceed its bond covenant requirements and other metrics noted it its debt policy.

CFC Reports: Rental Car Collection Fee Data

The Customer Facility Charge (CFC) is a fee collected from rental car customers to fund infrastructure projects, such as the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC) at SAN. Financial details related to CFC revenues and expenditures are available in the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports published by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. These reports provide transparency on the allocation and utilization of funds, ensuring accountability in the development and maintenance of rental car facilities.

Passenger Facility Charge
Application No. 26-14-C-00-SAN

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (Authority) hereby provides notice of its intent to submit an application to the Federal Aviation Administration to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) and use PFC revenue at San Diego International Airport.  As such, the Authority has issued this notice as part of the application process under 14 Code of Federal Regulations 158.24 and is providing the general public the following information:
