SAN DIEGO – March 30, 2021 – After an extensive nationwide search, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority President and CEO, Kimberly Becker has promoted Hampton Brown to Vice President, Revenue Generation, Marketing, & Innovation. In this role, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the revenue generation, innovation, marketing, and air service development functions at San Diego International Airport (SAN). 

Just in time for spring break, Alaska Airlines began its first nonstop flight between Missoula, Mont. via Missoula International Airport (MSO) and SAN today. This is the first time SAN will have daily, nonstop service to Missoula.

Alaska Airlines has announced it will begin seasonal nonstop service from two Montana cities to San Diego International Airport (SAN) beginning May 20. Alaska Airlines will provide flights between SAN and Kalispell, Mont. via Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and Bozeman, Mont. via Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) until September 7.

Today, Japan Airlines (JL) resumed nonstop flights between Tokyo, Japan via Narita International Airport (NRT) and San Diego International Airport (SAN). American Airlines (AA) will code-share on this service resumption. The service will initially operate three times a week with the following schedule:
