How do I retrieve my receipt/voucher or modify an existing reservation from the previous system?
To access reservations made in our previous system (reservations made on or before May 31, 2018), please visit this page. To make a new future reservation, visit reservations.san.org.
Full refunds will be issued until 1 hour before scheduled arrival time.
It's easy to modify or cancel your parking reservation. Simply log into the Parking Reservation System using your username and password. You can also access a reservation using the email address and Reservation ID Number in your confirmation email.
