Will I be able to build a single-family home and/or an accessory unit on a legal lot?

A single-family residence as well as an accessory dwelling unit may be built on each legal lot if the lot existed prior to the eventual adoption of the ALUCP and if allowed by City of Coronado zoning. Both would be subject to interior sound reduction standards if located within the 65 dB CNEL noise contour.
