Happy National Travel & Tourism Week! Led by the U.S. Travel Association, travel entities across the U.S. are celebrating the economic and social impact travel has on our economy
San Diego International Airport (SAN) is proud to contribute to our local economy, support local businesses, and foster long-term growth. In 2024, SAN generated 5,000 jobs for the construction of the New Terminal 1 and spent $533,333,242 on construction performed by Local Business Certified firms.
Also in 2024, 18 passenger airlines provided nonstop service to 85 destinations around the globe. If you’re flying out of SAN this week, here’s a list of things to do, and as always, happy travels!
