Terminal 2 West Restroom Entrances, Ground & Upper Levels (pre & post security)
With a new building comes new restrooms. A sequential, interactive and appealing experience results in the identification of restroom locations throughout the terminal. Interactive video, provides clear cues to where we are – San Diego: the airport, and in a playful but subtle way, near the restrooms. There is a slow reveal in response to the passers-by mediated movements. The artwork is meant to elicit reflections on where we are, and how our presence relates to the sometimes overlooked details in our surroundings.
