San Diego International Airport Adds New Nonstop Route to Jackson Hole on Alaska Airlines

Thursday, August 27, 2020

San Diego International Airport (SAN) will add nonstop seasonal service to Jackson Hole, Wyo. via Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) on Alaska Airlines beginning December 17, 2020 through April 11, 2021. Flights are daily excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is a new route and marks the first time SAN will have nonstop service to Wyoming. This will be the 30th destination Alaska serves from SAN.

“We welcome the addition of service to Jackson Hole which is a premier winter destination for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports,” said Kimberly Becker, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority President and CEO. “The area also serves as a gateway to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. San Diegans looking for a winter adventure will appreciate the convenience of this nonstop route.”

The addition of service to Jackson Hole is the seventh new market added by Alaska Airlines in 2020. Service to Redmond, Ore. and San Luis Obispo, Calif. began in January. Alaska Airlines announced service to Cancun, Mexico beginning November 20, 2020 through April 12, 2021, Santa Barbara, Calif. beginning November 20, and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. beginning November 21. Service to Missoula, Mont. will begin March 11, 2021. Tickets are already on sale at alaskaair.com.
