The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (SDCRAA) manages several types of activities at San Diego International Airport (SDIA) through permits. Please submit your application and permit forms to [email protected]. Applications will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days.
Permits are required for film crews and photographers conducting activities at SDIA. Approved activities are restricted to designated areas and are not considered public forums for First Amendment purposes. Activities are subject to change at SDCRAA’s discretion.

All airside events must be approved in advance by the airport authority. Submit your permit request well in advance, as processing times and additional approvals may apply.
