Please note, locations for the portable noise monitor must be fenced, and have adequate yard space to allow for the installation of the monitoring equipment away from other structures such as sheds, trees, or utility poles. The location should be away from persistent noise sources such as busy roads, air conditioners and other equipment. All irrigation must be disabled. Outside electrical power outlet must be provided.
