Small Business Preference Program

Policy 5.12 is a small business preference program developed to give small businesses preference in the contract procurement process.

Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Goal and Preference Program

Policy 5.14 establishes a program of goals and incentives for SDVOSB’s in the contract procurement process of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.
