Land Use Compatibility
Preliminary Project Review
Proposed projects that require input from ALUC staff prior to formal submittal to
a local agency can submit a request for a “Preliminary Project Review”. This review
helps applicants obtain the answers in order to determine the feasibility of a
project with respect to the applicable Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan(s).
Submission of the Preliminary Project Review form is voluntary and does not constitute
an application to the Airport Land Use Commission for a consistency determination.
Any information provided by ALUC staff to an applicant is advisory and not binding
on the Airport Land Use Commission.
