Restaurateur sought to fill unique restaurant location at San Diego International Airport’s new Rental Car Center

San Diego, California – November 20, 2014 – Location Matters Brokerage Services announces the opportunity to lease a large restaurant location in conjunction with the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, operator of San Diego International Airport.  The restaurant space will sit high atop San Diego International Airport’s new Rental Car Center, a $316 million construction project designed with sleek and modern finishes.

Due to its close proximity to the airport, the restaurant space will be situated on prime real estate and feature an experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. The location will offer intimate views of the airport runway and panoramic views of the city’s skyline, bay and marinas. The center of San Diego starts here – the building location is simple to access, directly off the I-5 freeway where most major San Diego freeways intersect, and is surrounded by dense residential communities only minutes away. 

The space itself, at approximately 7,900 square feet, will contain 180 feet of floor-to-ceiling frontage and have a flexible layout with an outdoor patio seating opportunity. Branding and signage opportunities exist on both sides of the building structure visible from the I-5 freeway. An exclusive elevator entry will take patrons swiftly to the restaurant entry.
