Being a native San Diegan who loves to travel, it is no wonder that Stephanie finds herself as an intern for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Stephanie loves the exciting feeling of globetrotting that airport atmospheres can evoke and is grateful to be a part of the Marketing and Public Relations Department to help dream up and execute such environments. During her time in the internship, she hopes to further her technical and conceptual skills in a variety of formats including web, video and graphic design.

Stephanie graduated from the University of California, San Diego, in 2012, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts (Media) and minor in Ethnic Studies. She participated in numerous undergraduate art galleries, as well as a solo art exhibit that tied together both her areas of study in mixed media pieces addressing themes of perception, representation and hegemony in American society. During the summer of 2010, Stephanie got a glimpse into the world of advertising while interning in the Creative Department of The Lambesis Agency. She ended her time at the university as layout editor of Mania Magazine, UCSD’s art and literature publication, with which she was involved from 2009 to 2012.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, going to concerts, watching films and trying out new restaurants.
