Eric is a rising senior at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Daytona Beach Campus. He is enrolled in the College of Business’ Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program, with a major in Air Transport Management. Previously, Eric attended High Tech High Media Arts in Liberty Station, just a stone’s throw away from the San Diego Airport. As a San Diego native, he enjoys all of the amenities that the region has to offer, from the coasts to the deserts. During the weekends, he can be found all over San Diego County: adventuring out to the far East County for a scenic afternoon in the mountains or hanging around enjoying the urban atmosphere in Downtown San Diego.

At Embry-Riddle, Eric is president of the Airport Management Club, a student organization affiliated with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Florida Airports Council (FAC). When not doing coursework, he can be found in Orlando visiting the “world-class attractions” including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

As the Summer 2013 Airport Planning intern, Eric looks forward to using knowledge from his coursework at Embry-Riddle and applying it in the real world environment at the busiest single runway airport in the United States. He looks forward to working with distinguished aviation professionals as well as peers from other universities. Eric wants to enter the aviation industry after graduating from Embry-Riddle, in either the airline or airport environment.
