Consistency Determination Application
Projects requiring a determination of consistency with an Airport Land Use Compatibility
Plan must submit an Application for Determination of Consistency for consideration
by the Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC). Applications are only accepted
from the local agency having permit authority over the project. If required,
the project will be scheduled for consideration at an ALUC hearing, which occurs
on the first Thursday of each month, except in August when the ALUC does not meet.
