Public Records Request
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, San
Diego County Regional Airport Authority will make any public
record or
any
reasonably
distinguishable portion of a public record available for inspection
or copying.
It is the policy of the Airport Authority that, except for records
exempt from disclosure by law, a request for a copy of reasonably
described identifiable records shall be made available with minimal
delay to the requesting party. An exact copy shall be provided unless
it is impracticable to do so.
Any copying fees and postage must be paid in advance of
the records being transmitted.
Instructions for completing and filing a Public Records
Request
In order to file a Public Records Request with the San Diego
County Regional Airport Authority, a Public Records Request
form must be completed.
- Download and complete the
Public
Records Request Form.
- Return the completed Public Records Request Form to the Airport
Authority via fax or U.S. mail. The address and fax number are
on the Public Records Request Form.
