The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is committed to high ethical standards. In 2003, the Airport Authority adopted a Code of Ethics that was designed to promote and maintain the highest standards of personal and professional conduct among the people who work in or represent the Airport Authority. The Ethics Program is a practical guide to help Board Members and Airport Authority employees to be “at their best” everyday.

In 2007, an Ethics Hotline was launched to provide an avenue for citizens and Airport Authority employees to report suspected financial or operational improprieties and/or waste of funds or resources.
