greeters at San Diego International Airport. Visible in their green
polo shirts with “Airport Information” emblazoned on
the back, 260+ highly trained VAA provide free airport information
and terminal building way finding assistance. Volunteers have specific
information pertaining to hotels, rental cars, taxicabs, courtesy
shuttles, or public transportation. Volunteers staff information
booths in the baggage claim area of Terminals 1 and 2; roam the
terminals providing mobile information; and drive a courtesy cart
in Terminal 2 West (post security) to assist passengers who may
require mobility assistance.
Assistance is available at two information booths:

- Terminal 2 – 619.231.5230
