service, with award-winning service programs created to enhance
the traveler experience in and out of the Airport.
Volunteer Airport Ambassadors
If you need help finding a hotel, rental car, taxi, shuttle
or other form of transportation, the Airport's Volunteer
Airport Ambassadors are trained to help in all travel-related
matters. They will also recommend points of interest and special
events.
Accessibility Services The Airport offers a variety of services
for passengers with disabilities, all conveniently located
throughout San Diego International Airport. Baggage Check and Claim When you arrive at the Airport, you have a couple of options
when checking in your baggage.
And if you are arriving in San Diego, the baggage
claim areas are conveniently located at the center of
each terminal in Terminals 1 and 2, and at the west end of
the Commuter Terminal. Lost and Found If you happen to misplace your belongings, the Airport's
Lost & Found office is located
on the first floor of the baggage claim area in Terminal 2.
Daily office hours are 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to
5:00 p.m.
