2008 Take Your Kids to Work Day - Scavenger Hunt

San Diego International Airport (SDIA) participates each year in the “Take Your Child To Work Day.” This year we tried something a little different! We wanted the kids to have fun, while at the same time learning what makes an airport operate. Their morning was filled with a Scavenger Hunt, and each team was given a list of 75 questions/statements to complete. Part of their task was to create a photo journal of the hunt. The afternoon was spent creating this web page and a post to the Goodwill Ambassablog where they could share their feelings about how they spent the day at the airport.
