Codes and Policies

The fundamental powers and functions of the Authority are established by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Act, as amended (the “Act”). The Act empowers the Board to adopt more specific rules to guide the conduct of the Board, officers and employees of the Authority, and those persons and entities that interact with the Authority or utilize the premises and property of the Authority. The Board has exercised that power by adopting the following comprehensive set of Codes and Policies:
